Welcome!

We are Pete and Tina; two recently engaged 31 year olds who, instead of starting a life on land, are taking it to the sea. We’re gearing up to set sail from NJ to Bahamas this November. Pete has grown up sailing optis and coaching sailing from his early teens until he got to college. He always dreamed of owning his own sailboat and sailing around the world.

As for me, I am extremely new to this whole world & eager to learn the ropes. We recently purchased a 34’ Tartan C sailboat and are prepping her on our first main voyage. You’ll find our plan, trials and tribulations here. We plan to share real-time updates once we set sail and all the anecdotes along the way!
